How the work runs.
Three-month minimum
Every engagement runs at least three months.
Reserved capacity
You reserve a block of hours each month. It sets a limit on requests.
Client cap
I run a set number of engagements at once. Each one gets time.
Work by priority
Work follows agreed priorities within your capacity. No same-day turnaround unless agreed.
Hours do not roll over
Capacity expires each month. Work beyond it is billed on top.
One month notice to close
Either side can end with 30 days notice.
